The entire hotel to the staff attitude all point towards good service. The amenities are mind-boggling where you never expect from other spa and wellness resort. It is definitely worth it for the price. It’s a great place to disconnect from the busy world and be intune with yourself and your wellbeing

This hotel is probably the best hotel in Malaysia, our whole family loves it. The environment is beautiful and the hotel staff are very friendly. Ipoh is also our favorite city in Malaysia.

Beautiful retreat experience, the weather is cool due to the natural environment. Free entry to the Lost World of Tambun which is surprisingly nice! Food and wine at Jeff’s Cellar is amazing! The Pomelo is also serving wonderful breakfast and awesome fruit juices. Thank you!

An amazing experience all round. We weren’t enjoying Ipoh at all until our check in here. They had a lovely welcome for my girlfriend’s birthday. The facilities are all excellent. It feels like you’re in the jungle at times, monkeys to be seen and beautiful birds. The resort is big enough that it never felt crowded, and the food that we ate was perfect! The villa was comfortable and cleaned twice a day, while the hot tub is a lovely perk and the little pool.
Couldn’t recommend this enough as a getaway, where you wouldn’t have to leave until checkout.
The only thing I’d say, as an Irishman, is that I thought Jeff’s cellar might have had a better selection of Irish whiskeys. Would return happily.
